After the office visit with your physician, you will be contacted by the surgery scheduler in 5 to 7 business days. At this time we will work together to find the most appropriate time to schedule your procedure. We will work with you to accommodate your needs. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and make final arrangements. We will do everything possible to make your experience a pleasant one.
Once your surgery is scheduled, you will receive a letter giving instructions for arrival time and other important instructions. It is very important to read all the information given to you to make sure your procedure is not delayed or canceled.
You will receive a phone call from our staff 1 business day before your procedure to give you a specific arrival time.
